The Peached Tortilla

I have been wanting to create this kind of "foodie" portion on my blog for quite some time, and is partly the reason why I made an entirely new one, so here goes nothing...
This! is
The Peached Tortilla. They are an extremely delicious food truck around Austin. This was mine and Roger's second time and they continue to amaze us. One of my favorite foods is pork and especially pork bahn mi's so as you can already tell I was in heaven (judging by the menu). I had one pork bahn mi slider and one of the tacos. Sooooo delicious! Roger had the japajam burger which he says was also extremely delicious.
Of course we couldn't go without some sweet potato fries and this amazing sirracha mayo sauce!
They can be a bit pricey for us college kids so this could definitely not be an everyday kind of thing, because yes I would try and do that, but it is a great treat every once in a while :)
They even cater weddings! I thought about how cool it would be to have them at my own wedding someday, but I am such a "steak & potatoes" person so I keep going back and forth. But how fun would a food truck be?!
I almost regretted what I ordered simply because everything on the menu sounds amazing so I can't wait to go back and try some of the other tacos!
